Consortium

Norte Litoral is a 113-kilometer motorway concession between Porto and Caminha (A28) and from Viana do Castelo to Ponte de Lima (A27) in Northern Portugal. The concession started in 2001 with the name EuroScut Norte, as SCUT (without costs to the user). However, in 2010, the Portuguese Government applied tolls to A28, and after that, the name changed to Auto-Estradas Norte Litoral, Sociedade Concessionária AENL, S.A.

Since 2020, Norte Litoral has been predominantly owned by DIF Capital Partners, maintaining management services with Cintra. Norte Litoral is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the road, and the concession is held until 2031.

Norte Litoral has 23 years of experience in the maintenance of highways, providing the best safety conditions for Portuguese drivers.
